Hi Polar Support, We'd like to use a specific Klaviyo event metric in our Polar dashboards that doesn't appear to be synced yet. Metric details: Name: Subscribed to Back in Stock Klaviyo Metric ID: VBJEcd Klaviyo URL: https://www.klaviyo.com/metric/VBJEcd/subscribed-to-back-in-stock What we need: We'd like to be able to see how many people have signed up for back-in-stock alerts, broken down by product. The event contains the following properties that we'd like available as breakdown dimensions in Polar: ProductName (e.g. Harmonic Klip Klapper - Sort) VariantName SKU (e.g. WEB_Lager_53968022569306) ProductID VariantId Categories Price Channels Example event body: Categories: web_lager SKU: WEB_Lager_53968022569306 Price: 440.0 Channels: EMAIL ProductName: Harmonic Klip Klapper - Sort VariantId: WEB_Lager_53968022569306 VariantName: Harmonic Klip Klapper - Sort platform: Api ProductID: WEB_Lager_53968022569306 Use case: We want to build a dashboard showing the number of back-in-stock signups per product over the last 30 days, so we can prioritise restocking decisions based on customer demand. Could you let us know if this is something that can be added to our Klaviyo connector? Thanks!

We need to be able to select our custom metrics LTG and LTC in the retention view (from the drop-down menu) to generate waterfall charts using these metrics. I’d like to be able to see them in the aggregate (e.g., “show me 12-month LTG from June 2025 to May 2026”) and also create custom segments (“Show me LTC for people who purchased XX Protect as their first product in November 2025")

A user does not necessarily have to engage with the welcome flow for each sign up form before getting the welcome offer. If they purchase within 2 hours of interacting with the sign up form, that revenue should be attributed to that specific sign up form so that the ZK team can understand overall performance and uncover testing opportunities or sign up forms that need to be redone.
