On the first day of the period (e.g. Monday in Week to Date) there won't be any data available until Tuesday.

This is an idea to keep showing the previous Week's data until the second day of the week (Tuesday) when we will have data for the first day of the week (Monday).

One downside: For intraday data, this wouldn't be appropriate.
