Description:

Ask Polar can only edit AI dashboards created inside a chat — it can't update saved custom dashboards. When a customer asks it to change one, it spins up a separate new AI dashboard instead of editing the one they're looking at, which is confusing since they expect the bot to update their existing dashboard.

Alexandra at Armra flagged this trying to add new partner promo codes to her saved "Affiliate Impact and Last Click" dashboard via the bot, something she believed she'd been able to do before. As more customers use Ask Polar to maintain saved dashboards, this gap will keep surfacing. (Related but separate: the filter value picker caps at 500 values, so newly created promo codes don't appear in the dropdown and have to be typed in manually.)
