Our team was very misled in our sales process and onboarding process in regards to your capabilities with ShipHero. It's listed as a connector on your website and we were told during our demos that it was something that is actively in the process of being built. The opportunity for this connector was a huge reason we chose Polar over another competitor. Pretty misleading and unfair to flaunt a connector for your platform that doesn't actually exist— a true bait and switch for our team. Would love for this to be a top priority or else we may have to switch providers.
