 Support for future date selection in Polar
Main use case:
 Showing forecasts and targets in app.
* Allows selecting dates into the future using the date range
 picker.
* All prefilters and relative filters retain their existing behavior.
* Updated naming to clarify:
\    * This week
 -> Week to date
\    * This month
 -> Month to date
\   * This year
 -> Year to date
