Custom Roles & Permissions Are Here!
Polar just made a major upgrade to user management. Until now, you had four default roles (Admin, Analyst, Viewer, Connector). They’re still around, but now you have the control to go further.
What’s New?
Build Custom Roles: Create roles tailored to your team, your projects, and your way of working.
Granular Access: Assign users to specific folders, dashboards, and reports with the exact level of access they need:
All Rights: Full control to view, edit, and manage users and connectors.
View Only: Filter and explore data without the risk of edits.
Flexible Workspace Structure: Set access by team, use case, or department. Whether you're scaling or simply tightening up data access, it’s now simple to do it your way.
And this is just the beginning. We’re already working on deeper role-based capabilities to give you even more control over collaboration and security.
Head over to Settings → Roles, to start customizing your workspace today.

You aren't able to edit users easily and manage who has access. Should be a way to do it straight from settings under the team tab
