A user does not necessarily have to engage with the welcome flow for each sign up form before getting the welcome offer. If they purchase within 2 hours of interacting with the sign up form, that revenue should be attributed to that specific sign up form so that the ZK team can understand overall performance and uncover testing opportunities or sign up forms that need to be redone.
